About Beth:
Beth Redding, Psy.D., brings extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults, ages 5 and up, who are navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and depression. She is passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where healing feels possible and sustainable.
Beth’s approach often incorporates family systems, helping loved ones feel supported and engaged throughout the process. She is trained in CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and also holds a Master’s in Social Work. By blending evidence-based practices with a compassionate, collaborative style, Beth guides clients toward self-discovery, resilience, and lasting growth.
Outside the office, Beth enjoys traveling, reading, binge-watching TV shows, playing tennis, and swimming.
