Licensed Therapists / Counselors
EDGE Counseling Solutions hires fully licensed Therapists/Counselors (LCSW, LCPC, LPC) to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families. These positions are ideal for experienced clinicians looking for a supportive outpatient counseling position with flexibility and strong clinical leadership.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group therapy
Conduct assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Maintain timely clinical documentation and service hours
Collaborate in supervision and multidisciplinary case consultation
Qualifications:
Active Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LPC)
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Trauma-informed clinical experience; bilingual Spanish preferred
